At Luxeleven Travel (OPC) Private Limited operating under the brand name “FLUXE”, we are committed to providing exceptional travel advisory services to our clients. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in dealing with refund requests and cancellation. Please read the following policy carefully:

Fluxe Service Fee Refund Policy:

The service fee charged for a confirmed hotel reservation is Non- Refundable. In the event we are unable to confirm the hotel reservation within 48 hours of the booking, the service fee will be refunded in full.

Supplier Cancellation Policy:

Hotel cancellation policies vary by supplier and are specific to each reservation. Please refer to your booking confirmation document for detailed cancellation policy. Suppliers may charge a fee for any cancellation or modification to your booked Travel Offering. Most travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, whether or not your travel has commenced. Please refer to the supplier’s terms and conditions for more information.

It is your responsibility to read and understand the supplier’s terms and conditions respecting any travel offering. By completing the booking for the travel offerings, you also agree to the supplier’s terms and conditions:

Airline reservation cancellations vary by airline and fare type. Any expenses, fees and taxes that are mandated by the airline for modification or cancellation of the reservation MUST be fully paid by the customer.
